Every wreath is bound by hand, and we stand behind each one.

14-Day Return Window

If your wreath arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you pictured, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How to Request a Return

Email info@sagebrushdoor.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We reply within 24 hours with next steps.

Conditions

• Items must be in original condition (unused, unaltered)
• Sale items and custom colour requests are final sale
• Return shipping is on us only when the wreath arrived damaged or defective

A Note on Natural Variation

Each wreath is bound by hand from real dried botanicals. Colour, fullness, and the placement of each bunch vary from wreath to wreath. This variation is not a defect and is not grounds for a damage claim — though if you're unhappy with your wreath for any reason, the 14-day window still applies.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order for the style you want.
